Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new kicks, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the footwear back in its original box and secure it in a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
